QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Increasing competitiveness of small and medium business enterprises through implementation of an effective quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001
The project is intended for small and medium enterprises seated in Prague. It brings a unique opportunity to implement a quality management system for “European” money. The project is joined by 25 legal entities from Prague, out of which 20 % come from JPD2 (Single Programming Document for the Goal 2).
To date employees of all the participating organisation have been trained in the field of ISO 9001:2000, i.e. quality management system, within the professional training course Quality Manager and in the field of internal audit in accordance with ISO 19011 within the course Internal Auditor. After the training courses, professional consultants of our company prepare drafts of system documentation for individual companies and submitted for comments. Three companies have already reached the phase of actual implementation of those documents and the overall quality management system throughout the organisational structure of their companies.
