At present, when the demands imposed on individual providers have been increasing, one of the methods of proving meeting of those demands to your clients (including public authorities) is to implement and subsequently certify a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.

Reliant s.r.o. has been applying its experience in the field of logistics, process management and quality management system implementation and preparing the 18th round of the project of collective preparation of especially small and medium enterprises for certification in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

104 companies joined the preceding 17 rounds of the project. All the companies that decided to start to implement a quality management system and go through the certification process were successful and received a quality management system certificate in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 issued by renowned European certification authorities.

After some modifications, the quality management system implementation project of our company has been passed by a number of large companies having more than one thousand employees.

The whole professional consulting project of Reliant s.r.o. was prepared in accordance wit the process management requirements certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. Within the quality management system implementation project, a sufficient number of internal auditors is trained in every company; they fulfil the requirements of ISO 19011 imposed on internal auditors.

The implementation process time schedule is set to enable you to realistically achieve certification in 9-12 months after the start of the project preparation, depending on the size of your company and scope of the system.

In case of companies having up to thirty employees, total costs for preparation of documentation, implementation of a quality management system, its correcting and training of the necessary number of internal auditors do not exceed CZK 96,000.
